Catering Menu
For our event catering we use delicious fresh produce sourced locally where possible. Your chosen menu items will be created by learners in our onsite canteen working towards their Catering qualifications. The canteen is also a great place to head for a pre or post-event meeting.
We hope our menu provides items to suit every dietary requirement and budget, but please do get in touch if you’d like something a little different and we can work with you to create a bespoke offer.
Finger Buffet Menu
The Classic – £7.20 per person
A house selection of light triangle sandwiches served on malted wheat & white bread.
Market fresh fruit skewers or Home made sweet baked treats.
The Gourmet – £8.70 per person
A house selection of light triangle sandwiches, tortilola wraps & rolls.
Homemade quiches. (V)
A selection of vegetable samosas, onion bhajis and spinach pakoras, accompanied by raita. (V)

The “Yorkshire” Meze – £5.00 per person
A selection of mini pork pies, mini Yorkshire puddings stuffed with roast beef & horseradish cream, sausage rolls and an individual cheddar & vegetable quiche. Accompanied by pickles & chutney.
Side Salad Bar – all £5.50 per bowl
Choose from our house salad, seasonal slaw, coronation potato & coriander salad, super bean or fragrant cous cous salad. Each bowl serves as 6 portions of side salad.
Something sweet – £1.50 each
Why not cover your afternoon break, or if you just want extras then choose from our homemade flapjack, chocolate brownie, millionaires shortbread, market fresh fruit skewers or ginger cake.
Refreshments – 1.20p each
Cans of pepsi, diet pepsi, tango, sugar free tango and 7up available along with bottled orange juice, still or sparkling water.
Hot Fork Menu
Perhaps you fancy something warm? Prices start from £10 per person and all options can have vegetarian equivalents made. These are just a few ideas to tantalise taste buds…
Chilli con carne, served with fluffy rice, cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.
Lean beef lasagne, served with rocket & balsamic salad and red cabbage coleslaw.
Chicken or lamb keema pathia, served with pilaff rice, Indian savouries & sauces
Pork, cider, sage & mustard casserole, served with jacket potatoes and braised cabbage.
